Conditions of Refund
– VAs/EAs must be paid for hours worked.
– Client MUST keep us informed weekly on progress to qualify for refund.
– Client must provide adequate guidance, SOPs, instructions, and feedback to us.
– Client must meet with VA/EA regularly to review performance and give course correction.
